Each and every weapon has several unique killing moves for use up close. Now, this is an 18 rated game, so some of those moves even had me, a hardened gore veteran, wincing. Equip a grenade, get up close and ram it into a baddies gob, then retreat to a safe distance… or grab the meat cleaver and do some face chopping… the flame thrower is a particularly unpleasant way to go, especially Punisher style!

“If you are serious about computer gaming, chances are that you have at least one specialty input device. Whether it be a game pad or uniquely designed mouse, getting the edge over the competition sometimes requires a little help from the hardware gods. In my experience, no other gaming genre benefits from specialty hardware as much as driving simulators. Playing driving games with a game pad or keyboard can be a downright frustrating experience. The more realistic the driving physics, the harder it is to respond with only a mouse and a keyboard in your arsenal.
Of course, many companies have answered the call of the driving sim enthusiast over the years. Racing wheel input devices have been around for a while. Some of the newer models are complete with pedals, stick shifts, and my favorite feature – force feedback. Today I have in front of me one of Saitek’s entries into the force feedback racing wheel market, the R440 Force Feedback Wheel. Let’s take it for a spin, shall we?”

“The difficulty level has been ramped up a little too, so even on the easiest level, you’ll find yourself dying a few times. This extends the playing time a touch, but not a whole lot and you’ll probably find you’ve finished the game after 6-8 hours of play. That said, this is an expansion pack and not a full game and the price reflects that. As such, it’s well worth the money of anyone who has CoD and wants some more of the same with a few extra bits thrown in.”

“There’s a lot to like about SuperPower’s XP03P Mid-Tower ATX PC Case. The distinctive looks, the convenience of built-in handles, and the easy-access latching side panels are sure to be a hit with LAN gamers and other folks that change parts in their PC on a regular and/or frequent basis. If SuperPower can address the front bezel intake fan issue that I feel is very important and maybe do something about all those screws while they’re at it, I think this would be a really good case design. Until then, it’s just OK.”
