Making shrouds

I have a partner in Canada – we started designing and producing shrouds for various models of heatercores around the last of november.

We now have 4 different models – one for the 2-302 (aka 77 bonneville with air conditioning), the 2-199 (’77 b’ville w/o ac, like the danger den core), the 2-342 (single pass core) and now the somewhat insane monster core. They are made from 18 gauge steel, CNC cut and bent and then powdercoated.
