One of the benefits of owning a PC is that you have a massive choice of peripherals. If you want to buy a steering wheel to play racing games? no problem. If you want a game pad for those consoleish platformers then again, no problem. What if you are into FPS style games in a big way?, is there anything out there which is better suited to gaming than a standard keyboard? Of course there is and today we are going to take a look at one such product. The Devour from Wolf Claw/PD Scientific.

The Overclocker Cafe’ has posted their review of the newest Lian Li server case, the Lian Li PC-201. Encompassing many of the design features of the PC-V series, the PC-201 brings features like a compartmentalized design, expansion room for 12 hard drives and four 120mm fans to bear on the server market. The case is so large and roomy, its appeal should be broad. Here is a snip of the OC Cafe’s review.
The Lian Li PC-201 has an enormous appeal to a spectrum of users. System administrators will love it because of the expanse of drive combinations and roomy insides capable of handling even extended ATX mainboards. Modders will love it because of the room the drive area offers for a separate area for cooling fan, radiator and pump in a water cooling kit. Keeping all the H2O stuff separate makes for a clean look and piece of mind.

There are a lot of expensive power supplies on the market but unfortunately most are expensive due to gimmicks like flashy LED fans, see through PSU containers and detachable cables. What you should look for instead is for a power supply that has passed industry certification (like nVIDIA’s SLI certified PSUs) and do your homework by posting in computer forums asking the more experienced users what they think of certain models. This way you can get yourself a truly reliable power supply, not some pretty piece of junk.
