Which Drive Array?

I’m choosing between two drive arrays.

1. LSI MegaRAID SATA150-6 6 port SATA RAID card and 5 Hitachi 250 GB SATA drives – $1038.98
2. Promise SX6000 6 port PATA RAID card with 5 Hitachi 250 GB PATA drives – $970.75

Give those two choices, which do you think would be the best?

The Promise is $68.23 cheaper, but the LSI will have better performance (due in no small part to 66/64 bus support).
