After completing the main game and watching the credits, you will find yourself back in the Animus in control of Connor. There are two Epilogue missions that we can now undertake.
Both of these consist of a scene that gives us a little idea of how the world moves on following the events of the game.
Here are the locations you want to visit:
1. Epilogue: Kanatahsehton Head over to your village in Kanien:keh and speak with the man huddling in front of the fire. After a scene, you’ll unlock a fast travel point.
2. Epilogue: Evacuation Day Enter New York and make your way to the docks in the Eastern district, stand next to the indicated cart to watch the scene.
Note: for watching these two scenes, you will earn the achievement/trophy ‘Fin’.

I have run around the cliff 3 times, completely around it and I cannot find out how the hell to get to the top to collect the trinket
I know where the pegleg trinkets are, the trouble is getting them. Specifically the one on the top of the cliff in the Davenport Homestead region. I have run around the cliff 3 times, completely around it and I cannot find out how the hell to get to the top to collect the trinket. I can't find a walkthrough anywhere that tells me how either. What am I missing?
