Assassin’s Creed III Walkthrough

Once you have joined the club, you will be able to undertake these challenges. Note that they are retrospective as well, so if you have completed some of them prior to joining the club, you will find that once you do join, they have already been completed.

The challeneges can be viewed and their progress tracked from the Logbook in the map menu.For convenieance, I have listed them all below along with tips on how to achievem each.

Without further ado, here are all the challenges:

Challenge Set 1

Disarm 5 enemies
Simply disarm enemies in combat 5 times.

Kill 5 enemies affected by a Smoke Bomb within 10 seconds
You can buy smoke bombs from a general store. Once you have one, look for one of those lagre patrols wandering around. Toss the smoke bomb at them and whilst they are all doubled over coughing move in and kill them all.

Stealth Kill 10 enemies
Kill an enemy without him detecting you with the hidden blade. No doubt you should have this finished by the time you unlock the challenges.

Kill 25 enemies with the hidden blade
Self-explanatory, kill 25 enemies with your hidden blades.

Kill 10 Officers
These guys dress slightly different than regular guards, additionally they are more likely to counter you. You will meet plenty of these fellow through your travels, so 10 will not really be a difficult number to achieve.

Achieve a 5-enemy Kill Streak
Once you have performed a counter kill, quickly press the attack button whilst looking at another enemy. Connor should move over and perform another killing blow. Do this five times in a single combat encounter for the challenge.

For completing all of these challenges, you will unlock the second tier of challenges to try your hand at.

Challenges Set 2:

Fight and kill 10 Grenadiers
You will know a grenadier by the equipment they are wearing. They usually are packing an axe, have a large backpack and a kilt on. Kill 10 of these guys to complete the challenge.

Kill an enemy with every type of weapon:
There are 10 types of weapon in the game and you will need to register a kill with each type to complete this challenge. These Include: the hidden blade, poison darts, bow, pistol, musket, rope dart, trip mine, blunt, small and normal. these can be purchased from general stores, or obtained by disarming guards during combat.

Perform 5 Double Assassinations
When two guards are close to one another, Connor can kill them both with an efficient double-assassination. Do this 5 times.

Have your Recruits assist Connor in combat 10 times
After completing some liberation missions, you will earn yourself somme assassin recruits. Simply clal them during combat 10 times to complete this challenge.

Liberate 3 Forts
Liberate 3 of the 7 forts to satisfy the challenge. For the locations and how to approach each mission, check out the guide here: [FTQSTS].

Again, for completing all of these challenges, you will recieve the next (and final) tier of challenges to try your hand at.

Challenges Set 3 

Achieve a 7 Enemy Kill Streak
Once you have performed a counter kill, quickly press the attack button whilst looking at another enemy. Connor should move over and perform another killing blow. Do this seven times in a single combat encounter for the challenge.

Use the Rope Dart to perform a predator move 5 times
Equip a rope dart and sit in a tree on a branch. Shoot a guard with the rope dart and hold down the ranged attack button. Afterwards, jump out of the tree to hang them. Repeat 5 times.

Own every weapon available in the stores
Purchase every weapon available from the general stores!

Disarm and kill 5 Jagers with their own weapons
Jagers are the officer enemies with the triangle hats. To disarm them, unequip your weapons and do a counter disarm when they attack. Once you have their weapon, just kill them with it. Repeat 5 times.

Defend yourself from a firing line 10 times with a human shield
During combat, if you see a yellow triangle appear above an enemies head, that indicates that they are about to shoot you. At this point hit the disarm button on a nearby guard to pull him in front of you as a human shield. Do this 10 times to complete the challenge.
