The Hunting Society Challenges [CLBHSC] Note that these challenges are retrospective as well, so if you have completed some of the requirements prior to joining the club, you will find that once you do join, they have already been completed.

The challenges can be viewed and their progress tracked from the Logbook in the map menu.

Without further ado, here are all the challenges:

Challenge Set 1:

Kill 5 Deer
Fairly self-explanatory. kill five deer. These can be found all over the Frontier so should not be too much of a challenge.

Kill a Wolf
Again, self-explanatory. If you don’t find them in the wild, you will be forced to kill some during the main quest line anyway.

Skin 10 animals
Once you kill an animal, simply skin it. Repeat 10 times.

Sell Hunting Spoils worth 500 pounds
After hunting and killing animals, sell the produxts that you have acquired to a general store. Once you have sold more than 500 pounds worth, you will complete the challenge.

Use bait with a snare to capture 5 animals
Place a snare on the ground and then throw bait on it. Hide in a bush nearby and wait for an animal to get caought in it. Repeat 4 more times!

Kill a bear with the Hidden Blade
You can find bears in numbers along the western side of the Packanack hunting region. Additionally you will have to kill one during a homestead mission and another during a Hunting Society side-quest. At either of those points, simply use the hidden blade to kill the bear to unlock the challenge.

For completing all of these challenges, you will recieve the second tier of challenges to try your hand at.

Challenges Set 2

Stealth kill 5 animals using bait
This one is fairly easy to do. Walk into bushes and throw bait on the ground nearby. When an animal comes to eat it, stealth assassinate it from the bushes.

Skin 25 animals
Easy! Once you kill an animal, simply skin it. Repeat 25 times.

Kill 10 animals with the Hidden Blade
Self explanatory – kill animals with the hidden blade. to do this, you’ll need to either have an animal attack you and take it down with the button prompt with the hidden blade equipped, sneak up on them and attack them or air assassinate them.

Capture 20 animals with the snare
Simply lay a snare and capture an animal. Repeat 20 times.

Kill 15 animals with the bow
Shoot animals with the bow to kill them. focus on smaller animals to reduce the shots required. once 15 have been killed you will have completed the challenge.

Again, for completing all of these challenges, you will recieve the next (and final) tier of challenges to try your hand at.

Challenges Set 3

Skin every species of animal
There are nine different types of animal in the game and they can be found all over the frontier. These include: Bear, Beaver, Bobcat,Cougar, Deer, Elk, Fox, Hare and wolf. Simply kill and skin one of every type to finish the challenge.

Kill 5 animals from horseback
Whilst riding a horse, air assassinate an animal. repeat 5 times.

Trade Hunting Spoils worth a total of 2,000 pounds
After hunting and killing animals, sell the produxts that you have acquired to a general store. Once you have sold more than 2000 pounds worth, you will complete the challenge.

Kill 10 animals in close combat
Close combat refers to the animals that attack you and that you kill using on-screen button prompts. These animals include Bear, Bobcat, Cougar, Elk and Wolf.

Complete the hunting Map
to do this we need to find and kill each type of animal available every hunting region. For an animal locations guide, have a look here: [CLBHSL].

Collect 50 undamaged pelts
To obtain an undamaged pelt, you must kill an animal with the hidden blade or poison darts and then skin it. Once you have done this 50 times, the challenge will be done.
