In the past, Suunto had a reputation of making watches that were somewhat big and clunky so it was nice to see that they’ve made an effort to make their watches a bit more stylish. However, the signature style of the watches did get them cast into popular Science Fiction shows like Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis where they would regularly take trips back and forth through stable wormholes.

The actual benefit of this device however is the fact, that users can change the shader and memory clock of their (Zotac) graphics card by simply pressing some buttons – even while playing a game or using any other application causing a need to the performance of the graphics card increase (or decrease it again later on). Once you reached settings out of the card’s limits you can reset it to its defaults with another button. We have check this with a Presample from the Nitro and a Zotac 9800GTX in the Preview.”

These days the GPS holds high end graphics, FM transmitters, music players, Bluetooth and video playing functions just to mention a few so we can really see that they have gone forward.
