Updated site layout

I’ve updated the site layout, which is most noticeable from the main page.

Since we post so much news, it was always rolling off the front page, so all news has been moved off the front page to their own dedicated pages. I’ve added random gallery images from the OCMS gallery (there’s still a few bugs to work out, as some thumbnails don’t show). The right side bars also show the most recent news items.

Alot of these changes are to make things easier to find for the readers (and search engines, too). There was just too much on the front page, so there was lots of info that wasn’t getting a fair shake.
