Okay so I just beat New Super Mario Bros., clocking in at around 5 hours or so. The end consists of this: (warning… spoilers!!!)
Dunking Bowser in hot lava leads to Mario getting a smooch by Peach. (On the cheek, so not even some hot PDA action!) Then, Bowser Jr. drags his dad into the castle by tail. Then the credits. And that’s it!
Now I admit I only played this game for 5 hours, therefore I shouldn’t expect the ending to be extremely rewarding. However…. there were better endings with SNES mario games! AND more reason to return for more hot plumber action! Grrr I’m just so pissed……..Anyone else ever have this problem?
