Well, all I can say is you don’t have to fire a bullet.

That is until you hit the runway. You must help these guys move up, so feel free to pull up your grenade launcher or toss frags to clear the riot shield guys. Best to advance along the right side wall, then run left under a plane to trigger the next bunch of enemies.

Once they are cleared, just follow Makarov to the ambulance.
