you need a heart of order that is the key to the chest

you have to wait three days then go to any city and some one will approch you or it will pop up on your quest icon
i've loaded both expansions after i finished with the oblivion crisis and read every walkthrough and can't find that door to the shivering isles. please help.

I go into shivering and to the gatekeeper but the people dont attack him or anything so i cant get passed this part. Any idea why ?

I need to know where to get the key for the room behind cyl's thrown i killed her and forgot to check her pockets i think and i don't remember where to find her body now
i go and get the spell to summon haskill but it doesnt work it keeps coming up as you must be in the shivering isles for it to work but im standing still i havnt moved and ideas?
Hey, I'm on the mission in the shivering isles where I have to kill Thadon with greenmote but I don't remember how to combine it with his food what do I do to combine it. ( for xbox 360)

you get that key from the hearts of the Order's. the key is that heart.
i got a guestion there is a chest on that little isle beside cylarne the crystal chest says it needs a special key where do you get it from?
