Fujitsu’s London North Data Center provides managed data center services to major corporations in Financial Services, Utilities, Service Companies, and Government. Gold Certification signifies that Fujitsu operates this facility to a world-class level.

The Institute has rated every aspect of the Fujitsu data center’s operations in accordance with the Operational Sustainability Standard for facilities management. Operational Sustainability is a tool for data center owners, operators, and managers worldwide to mitigate human error – the leading cause of data center outages.

Fujitsu’s design and site Tier III Certifications occurred in 2007 and 2008, respectively. The Institute’s Tier Classification System (I-IV) is the international standard for ensuring a data center is designed and built to supply the uptime required by the business and its customers. The Institute’s Tier Certification is a globally applicable and recognizable validation of a data center’s capability to perform maintenance or respond to a fault without affecting the data center’s availability. It is the only valid Certification in accordance with the Tier Classification System.
