Lenovo ThinkPad X300 Review![]()
Digital Trends :: Wednesday, April 23, 2008
“Lenovo has released its Macbook Air “killer,” the svelte and feature laden ThinkPad X300. While Apple had to make a number of compromises on the Air to get it down to its remarkable size, Lenovo took the opposite approach and have crammed as many features as possible – including an optical drive – into the X300. It’s an expensive notebook because, unlike the Air, it comes with a solid-state 64GB hard drive standard. As of the time of this review, the Lenovo ThinkPad X300 is priced from $3000 USD.”
Cyber Snipa Stinger Gaming Mouse Review![]()

With as high as 1000Hz (1ms) report rate, the Stinger gives you over 7,000 frames per second with a tracking speed of 45 inches per second. There are nine buttons with six of them being programmable using the included macro editor.”
Digiana AudiaX DGT-301 Wireless Audio FM Transmitter Review![]()
i4u :: Wednesday, April 23, 2008
“If you are looking for a way to get the tunes stored on your MP3 player to play in your car today’s review can help you. We are taking a look at the Digiana AudiaX DGT-301 Wireless Audio FM Transmitter.
I found the audio quality with a generic MP3 player (it won’t work with my iPhone) to be good, though volume was low compared to normal radio stations. I did find that the AudiaX DGT-301 FM Transmitter is very sensitive to where it is in regards to the radio. If I moved the transmitter literally an inch further from the radio interference was introduced. With proper positioning though there was no feedback or interference in the audio.”
Lapworks Attaché Laptop Stand Review
Hardware Logic :: Wednesday, April 23, 2008
“Oil and water; peanut butter and ketchup; Celine Dion and singing – some things just don’t mix very well, and we can add to that list ergonomics and mobile computing. Even the term laptop is a bit of a misnomer, suggesting that we put our notebooks on our lap. But as soon as we do that, any hope of an ergonomic posture gets tossed to the wayside, and possibly our fertility too, thanks to the potentially dangerous heat output. What’s a power user on the go to do?
Lapworks thinks their Attaché Laptop Stand offers the one-two punch needed to knock out both problems plaguing notebook users, and we’ll tell you if it succeeds, or, if like our notebooks, they’re simply blowing hot air.”

Logitech MX Air Cordless Mouse![]()
Tweak Town :: Tuesday, April 22, 2008
“The more I play with this thing, the more I’m reminded of the Phasers that they used in Star Trek; it’s uncanny. I can almost pretend I’m Patrick Stewart dashing about in a well fitted uniform, barking out orders to my number one in a fine English accent.
It feels very natural to hold in the hand, and obviously Logitech have spent a good chunk of money on the ergonomics of this thing alone. It’s not often one has to pick up a mouse and wave it around, and they have certainly made sure that it feels pretty natural to do it.”

Laks DVB-T TV Watch
BIOS Magazine :: Monday, April 21, 2008
“LAKS’ DVB-T Watch puts an innovative spin on watching digital TV broadcasts on the move. You’ll probably spend a lot of time tweaking the software’s settings and moving the aerial to get the best reception, but most other devices have the same ‘problem’ in terms of a lack of decent mobile reception. Let’s be clear though: you’ll never get high definition video or outstanding audio quality. And the fact you have to take the watch off or hook a laptop up to your wrist is bizarre. Nevertheless, we’re all for innovation and the DVB-T Watch would make a great gift for any self-respecting DVB-T fan. If we could change one thing it would be to eliminate the need to install any software – how cool would it be to just plug the watch into your PC at work and kick back to The Sarah Connor Chronicles.”

Microsoft Sidewinder Mouse Review![]()
Futurelooks :: Monday, April 21, 2008
The Microsoft Sidewinder mouse is made for gamers. It sports features seen in many other so called performance mice, including adjustable weighs, switch on the fly DPI settings, and multiple programmable buttons. The mouse is wired, which is peculiar in this age of wireless…everything. There has been rumblings that this is due to concerns over performance lag experienced in wireless mice by professional gamers. Since Microsoft is quite adamantly trying to target that market – and their followers by proxy – out goes the wireless transmitter in favour of a good ol’ USB cable.
Trust Wireless Vista Remote Control Review
Inside HW :: Monday, April 21, 2008
…” We have received a very cute, retro looking remote control. First thing we’ve noticed on packaging was a domain of purpose; it can be used only for Vista Media Center. You shouldn’t be alarmed when you realize that there is no CD with drivers. That’s because all drivers that you need are already included with Vista. Beside remote control and receiver you will get USB extension of sufficient length, two mounting strips for receiver, two batteries and manual. Quality of manufacturing case and function keys is very good.”…

Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 7000 Review![]()
i4u :: Friday, April 18, 2008
“Today we are looking at the latest wireless mouse and keyboard desktop set from Microsoft. The set is called the Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 7000 and features an Aero-esq design.
Setting up the Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 7000 is dead easy. All you need to do is plug the transceiver in and you are ready to work in a few minutes. The proprietary 2.4GHz technology used by Microsoft claims to frequency hop when it encounters interference and seems to work well. It seems to work well since I had no issues with interference in my testing despite a variety of Bluetooth devices and other wireless items in my home.”

Manfrotto ModoPocket Pocket Sized Mini Tripod Review
Futurelooks :: Friday, April 18, 2008
With image stabilization becoming standard equipment on even the tiniest point and shoot cameras, you would think that things like tripods would no longer be necessary. Although image stabilization does amazing things, it still can’t give you the razer sharp images that a steady surface can give you. That’s why professional photographers still choose to lug around those big tripods; they simply give you the best possible pictures. Manfrotto has taken their tripod design and manufacturing expertise and have created the ModoPocket, a pocket sized mini tripod that fits easily on the body of your point and shoot while still allowing you to pocket your camera easily.
ATT Tilt Review : Sort of…![]()
Dragonsteel Mods :: Friday, April 18, 2008
“So I’ve got the Tilt for review today, but then I really don’t have the Tilt for review today. When I first got the Tilt I quickly realized that it wasn’t quite what I expected and it was a bit plain honestly, after doing quite a bit of research I found that AT&T pretty much stripped all of the great features out of the phone when they got their hands on it, and of course like any good company, added all sorts of bloatware onto it. So I took matters into my own hands and wiped it clean, added quite a few things back to it and now I’ve got the phone that I wanted in the first place. So that’s what I’m taking a look at today… ”
