The heatsink comes with a free 3-4 pin adapter, and “white goop” thermal compound
I took the heatsink apart; here is the Delta with all its markings
Here is the top of the heatsink with the fan removed, nice and shiny.
The Vantec CCK-6035D has 34 thin fins you can also see the retention clip.
The bottom of the heatsink is well finished and reflective. There is really no need for lapping.
