I’ve been using Stardock’s WindowFX to get the Ubuntu “Wobbly Windows” treatment on my Windows 8.1 PC. Not only does it have the nice stretchy windows, but gives you lots of new 3d-accelerated window and menu animations.
It’s not just about eye-candy, thought. There’s actually some enhanced usability, too.
Well, my mini brain-dump has started to turn into a review, so I guess I’ll save the rest of this for an official review. Given my current time-table of getting reviews out, I would say that I’ll get it out when the product is no longer relevant. I do love WindowFX, though.
