Special Settings
The Special Settings menu is unlocked after you first beat the game. It allows you to choose several settings of your gameplay.
A. Costume
Select It allows you to choose different costumes for each character. They’re not available until they’re unlocked and bought at the Bonus Features menu.
Chris’ Costumes:
- BSAA: standard costume. Military looking uniform.
- Safari: white and black striped leather jacket and pants, black t-shirt and white dyed hair.
- Sunglasses. S.T.A.R.S.: classic S.T.A.R.S. uniform.
- Green vest, white shirt and black military pants.
Sheva’s Costumes:
- BSAA: standard costume. Leather boots, green pants and purple blouse.
- Clubbin’: Blond hair, golden blouse, golden mini-skirt and high-heel sandals.
- Tribal: indian like costume.
NOTE ABOUT THE COSTUMES: It is normal to start a new game with a costume different from the one you chose before. You’ll start wearing it during the the middle of chapter 1-1. If you choose to start the game on a different chapter you’ll start with it right away.
B. Filter
Select It allows you to choose a color filter during gameplay.
- Default: default colors – no filter.
- Classic horror: black and white filter.
- Retro: similar to a sepia filter, red and white tones.
- Noise: grainy effect like old VHS’s.
C. Infinite Ammo
Toggles infinite ammo on or off to the weapons you have purchased this option on Bonus Features.

Bonus Features
This menu allows you to buy special features and collectibles. It uses the points you earned in each chapter end and the Mercenaries.
I will list all features here. The condition to unlock them can be found by highlighting it on the menu. Most of them are unlocked by collecting the BSAA emblems and fully upgrading all weapons.

Figures
Those are very similar to Resident Evil 4 bottle caps. They can all be bought at the Bonus Features menu. Most of them must be unlocked by accomplishing certain tasks. For more information, refer to the Bonus Features section.
The figures are high-resolution models of several characters and enemies from the game. Besides being able to rotate and zoom the model, they also have a little synthesized voice, usually it’s just a sound or a scream.

so i've played the game through pleanty of times on co op but now i'm by myself and ai"" chris is retarded i'm on he last battle. how can i get chris to go and move the boulder so i can stop dying because all he does is stands on the platform at the bottom and shoots wesker
To get infinite ammo you need to full upgrade a wweapon and beat the game same way to unlock the bow u got to upgrade the first sniper bolt action all the way and beat the game. I have the silver S&W magnum how beat 1 shot kills everything!!!!!!
Can anyone advise how to reach infinite ammo? I am playing in two player mode, where should defeat Wesker.

In 6-2 I can never get an S because of the small amount of kills. There are only the people laying in the one hallway no where else. 7 is the very most I could get, but it comes out a C and I get A instead of S. Where are the others I'm suppose to kill?
I need help beating the last boss in 2 player split screen mode. Sheva keeps falling into the lava no matter how many times I am able to hit wesker once he junps onto her side. Please help

for inf ammo, go to special settings, inf ammo, then press right.
Okay so I've completed the game, & now playing over. I bought infinity ammo and turned it on when i started to play.. but I'm doing something wrong cause it's not giving it to me.. what am I doing wrong? .. anyone?

this is a message for john u have to shoot wesker when hes at shevas side when she gets to the bridge shes going to say "just shoot him" so thats when u have to distract wesker by shooting him until sheva gets up from the broken bridge THEN u start with pushing the boulder so sheva can cross it before wesker throws her out into the lava.

On the last battle with Wesker, its not hard bring a lot of ammo and a pistol, plus herbs,full heals if tyou restrain him.it took my 2 times cuz the first time I ran outta ammo, so bring ammo and yur button mashing skills, its gonna bii frikken ez on Pro..hehe

On like chapter 4 or 3, the puzzle where u can move the laser light thingy, u can get a lott of goodies on the last floor of the puzzle by pointing the laser at the monkey thing eating the crystal ball. Oh, dont open the chest, i figured that out.

I had the same problem, because that option simply doesnt show in the main menu when you start the game.
Just be sure to plug in and start both pads and choose NEW GAME. It will automatically split the screen if you use the other pad.
