I’m upgrading to Vista 64-bit right now, so if you don’t see me online for a while that means that something has gone horribly, horribly wrong.
I installed 4GB of RAM (review of A-data’s DDR-800 coming soon!), but I couldn’t get Vista-32 to see all of it (yes, I read my own guide). My Asus P5W DH Deluxe didn’t have a Memory Remapping option until I flashed the BIOS to the latest version, and even then Vista won’t see all of it.
So, I’m upgrading to Vista 64. Some say that having 4GB of RAM is overkill, but there was a time that even 1GB of RAM was overkill…
It just pains me to see 1GB of RAM go unused. God made every RAM module special, and wants to see his Children utilized to their fullest potential.
