NVIDIA’s new G80 GPU is the first to implement DirectX 10 support and Shader Model 4.0. Palit is one of NVIDIA’s board partners who is selling the GeForce 8800 GTX. The card comes with 768 MB of video memory and can will run whatever you throw at it at highest resolutions with maximized settings. We test the card against the ATI Radeon X1950 XTX, X1900 Crossfire and the Geforce 7900 GTX.

“The T100 built up a channel list OK the first time ComproDTV2 ran, and we were able to surf between all channels without a problem. Opening all the subwindows using PIP and a different channel for each window caused some dramas, however. With each subwindow opened, performance within each window dropped substantially. The Compro website does state that for each window displayed, extra CPU power is needed, but the system we used should have been fine…possibly you need a VERY strong signal if you’re going down this path, or better signal caching.”

The SteelSound 5H v2 is a headset designed with gamers in mind. SteelSeries’ first headset was called the SteelSound 5H, today we test the second version. The new version features even better padding than the old one, to make it more comfortable. Besides that the internal connections were reworked for increased durability, which was a problem with the old version.

We got a sample of their latest creation named F610 which is a combined video and music player. With a extremely small design and light weight they have been able to combine these two players into one. It looks good but does it also work good? How good of a battery time can we get with this?
