HP M7590n Media Center PC Video

Logitech AudioStation iPod Music System Review
The Tech Zone :: Tuesday, October 31, 2006
The Logitech AudioStation speaker system features matching satellites with two drivers each that together offer a wide dynamic range of clear, powerful audio. The 1-inch, high-definition, soft-dome tweeters produce high frequencies with remarkable detail and clarity, and the 4-inch, high-power, long-throw woofers offer deep, powerful bass. Its bi-amplified acoustic design delivers unprecedented performance from a surprisingly svelte system.

Medusa ProGamer Surround Headset
HWZone :: Tuesday, October 31, 2006
I would like to inform you of another review from HWzone Israel, this time it’s about Medusa ProGamer Surround Headset.

Into the Groove (PC & MAC) review
Driver Heaven :: Sunday, October 29, 2006
“Back in 1998, the first Dance Dance Revolution game was released, and coincidentally enough Konami had indeed revolutionized the gaming industry by creating a new genre that fused exercise with gaming. Since then Konami has come out with loads of new mixes in the DDR series, but that didn’t stop the guys over at Roxor Games from improving on the original formula. In the Groove is essentially similar to DDR in the sense that the objective of the game is to step on arrows that are synced to the music, but ITG varied the gameplay experience enough to offer an entirely new experience. With both subtle and major differences, In the Groove for both PC and MAC is one of the best dancing game releases to date.”

SanDisk e280 Video Tour
Design Technica :: Sunday, October 29, 2006
“The SanDisk Sanso e280 8GB MP3 Player created stir when it was released. It’s a flash based MP3 player that not only plays back your music, but will display your photos and videos as well. The 8GB of storage is the largest on the market for flash based players. ”

Dell 2007WFP vs Samsung SM205BW
Pure Overclock :: Sunday, October 29, 2006
“Over the last year we’ve seen a steady trend of manufacturers moving away from the already popular and well established 19″ sector to concentrate on the emerging 20″ market. This has been matched by a growing demand by the consumer for a larger format and resolution, with an increased interest in the widescreen format in particular. Widescreen popularity is on the increase due to modern games, High Definition TV, and gaming devices all offering support for this aspect ratio. People are now looking for multi-purpose displays capable of meeting their combined multimedia needs ranging from normal desktop PC use to the connection of Blu-Ray DVD and XBox 360 devices.”

SteelPad 5H Headset
HW Zone :: Sunday, October 29, 2006
” The product we’re reviewing this time is a set of headset and sound card from the manufacturer SteelPad which goes by the name “5H”.

Due to the products’ distinct characteristics (which will be discussed in detail later on in this review) this set could appeal to people who look for mobile sound solutions, but not only to them.”

SteelSound 5H v2 Headset Review
Techgage :: Sunday, October 29, 2006
A good pair of headphones can sometimes be difficult to find. You need top notch sound quality in games as well as in movies and music. Today we are taking a look at a pair of headphones that break the norm in their design. Is it worth it, and if so, how do they perform?

Slimmer CRT Displays – Can they really challenge their flat-panel counterparts?

Antec Fusion Media Center Case Review
Tweaknews :: Sunday, October 22, 2006
“Antec once again has delivered a knockout product, and one that I’m very pleased with. Sure, there’s a few little problems here and there, but nothing that diminishes the overall design of the case. While the insides are tight, there’s room for everything a small media center will need, and everything fits properly, without any fiddling.”

Pixelview PlayTV 550 Hybrid USB-Stick
Tweak PC :: Monday, October 23, 2006
Pixelview has done a good work on the successor of the PlayTV 505 DVB-T PLUS. We took a look at the new Pixelview PlayTV 550 Hybrid USB-Stick.

Optoma Bigvizion 100-inch DLP Review
Digital Trends :: Monday, October 23, 2006
“A 100-inch TV is not for everybody. BigVizion was created for that person who truly wants “the Big Picture.” But is it worth $30,000? ”

Slim Devices Squeezebox Network Music Player Review at XYZ Computing
XYZ Computing :: Sunday, October 22, 2006
This review will be looking at the third revision of the Squeezebox. This device is a prime example of the integration of a useful idea and great design. The Squeezebox is encased in high gloss black plastic and a bit of brushed aluminum and uses a slick VFD as a display. The design is iPod-esque but results in a device which looks cool enough to fit in any where. The small size of the device means it is easy to place; this is aided by the fact that it has built in wireless connectivity. As we saw with the Sonos digital music system, a LAN (or WLAN) is a great way to connect a digital music repository (such as a computer or NAS device) to one’s home stereo. The Squeezebox also gives users access to internet radio and subscription services in addition to their own music.

nMedia System HTPC 180SA & 280BA Media Center Enclosures
Bjorn 3d :: Sunday, October 22, 2006
In this review, I will reveal the new nMedia System HTPC 180SA and the slightly larger HTPC 280BA enclosures for Home Theater Personal Computers. You can expect that the quality and craftsmanship of these cases will receive thorough testing, and the optional features such as the IR remote integration and cooling fan noise control will demand close inspection. In addition, I have paired these two cases with similar HTPC components, and put them all into action using the new Windows Vista (RC1) Ultimate Edition’s Media Center functionality.

Razer Barracuda HP-1 3D Audio Gaming Headphones
PC Apex :: Sunday, October 22, 2006
“I said the HP-1 has big cans; the reason is that there is a lot going on inside. There has to be enough room for four speakers and hopefully enough room that they can provide accurate sound separation. If you look closely you can see the front and rear speakers are canted away from each other, presumably to afford greater separation. The sub-woofer sits behind the front, rear and center speakers.”

Introduction to Excel
PC Mech :: Tuesday, October 17, 2006
Microsoft Excel is arguably one of the most under-utilized applications on the market. By under-utilized I do not mean under-used, but of all its functions, people may only know about 20% and use 5%. While I do not have the numbers to backup this claim, it seems like a fair statement between assisting co-workers and the functionality I constantly seem to be finding on my own.

Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty Edition Review
XS Reviews :: Monday, October 16, 2006
“Fata1ty branded stuff has never really caught my eye, and I’ve never used any of ‘his’ products. But today, I have the privilege of checking out the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty edition. Hopefully, this should change my mind about his endorsements.”

Bluegears b-Enspirer 24-Bit/192KHz 7.1 Sound Card
Bjorn 3d :: Monday, October 16, 2006
In this review, I will showcase the powerful features included in the b-Enspirer. Rated to beyond 110dB, I will share the experience of clarity and definition in every melody that frolics on my eardrums. Intended for the audiophile with a discerning ear, the hardcore computer enthusiast who demands the best, and the home theater buff who settles for nothing less then DTS, the b-Enspirer delivers at every level.

VidaBox RoomMate Review
Digital Trends :: Monday, October 16, 2006
“VidaBox claims the RoomMate Media Center PC has essentially all of the same power features of its larger siblings, but of course in a smaller size. ”

abit iDome digital DS 500 speakers and SW 510 subwoofer
Hexus :: Tuesday, October 10, 2006
abit, a company better known for motherboards and graphics cards, has produced a set of high quality digital speakers. We give ourselves an excuse to sit with the volume turned up, and review abit’s iDomes.

ATI TV Wonder 650 TV Tuner Review
Motherboards.org :: Tuesday, October 10, 2006
For a MSRP of $129, the TV Wonder 650 brings a lot of capabilities to the computer. These include free OTA HDTV (with an amplified antenna attached), cable television reception, a FM radio, a DVD Player, a Personal Video Recorder, and more. ATI is committed to releasing drivers for this product once Windows Vista launches next year.

Turtle Beach Ear Force X2 Xbox 360 Headset Review
Techgage :: Tuesday, October 10, 2006
If you play on Xbox Live often and are sick of using the flimsy headset you received with your console, then you are in luck. Turtle Beach released their X2 headset earlier this year, and it proves to be a very worthy upgrade to the headset you have now.

SteelSound 5H v2 Headset Review
XS Reviews :: Tuesday, October 10, 2006
“The Steelsound 5H v2 is the second in the 5H line. The first was a well rounded headset, but suffered in certain areas. Thankfully, the manufactures have taken all of the input from the 5H users and have redesigned the headset with a few enhancements.”
